How many hurricane disasters will it take to demonstrate to the American sheeple that "FEMA" ALWAYS gets in the way of local communities and makes things worse? Anyone who pays any attention at all to the antics of these goose-stepping, beer bellied morons would have to come to this conclusion. Just look at a few news reports over the past couple of days:
First, on Thursday, three days after the disaster struck, the head of FEMA was on TV promising that he would begin helping the people of New Orleans very soon.
Then on a local D.C. channel there was a contingent of volunteers from Northern Virginia who told a reporter that they were half way to New Orleans and forced to turn around and go back home because FEMA had not given them the required permission to help their fellow citizens.
Yesterday, a FOX War Channel reporter described how a FEMA truck with a huge sign on the windshield that read "FEMA H2O" stopped to give water to a couple of dozen armed bureaucrats (police), but when about twenty women appeared at the side of the road a couple of hundred yards away, literally screaming to be given water, the truck sped by them.
Why on earth would anyone think that federal bureaucrats should be put in charge of "managing" and "administering" emergencies? Like all other federal bureaucracies, FEMA operates with all the competence of the post office and the compassion of the IRS.
