This morning on the Neocon News and Propaganda Channel (NNPC, a.k.a., FOX) former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak was asked his opinion of the awful scene on the TV screen of a large Jewish family being forcefully removed from their home of 30 years in Gaza by Israeli soldiers. (It's all the work of Ariel Sharon: As Agriculture Minister he subsidized the settlements, and now as prime minister he suddenly changed his mind and ordered an evacuation).
Barak's response was this:
"The freely elected government of Israel has a right to impose its will."
There you have it: The magical, mystical word "democracy" gives politicians license to do whatever they damn well please to us, even kill us if we resist their "will."
As long as all you suckers keep showing up at the voting booth politicians will keep using the fact that you voted as "justification" for all their acts of tyranny, murder, and buffoonery.
