In one of my recent articles for LRC I despaired of finding people on the Left who were seriously interested in collaborating with people like me against the warfare state. I felt that way because so many leftists were happy to cite and link to Max Boot's attack on me, thus showing that an advocate of the old republic like me was the real enemy, and a crazed warmonger like Boot was A-OK.
Doug Fuda of Boston then wrote to me to say, in effect, that there really were people on the Left (in addition to the heroic Murray Polner) who understood that there would be time enough to argue with us over the minimum wage and housing subsidies after the crazed lunatics in the White House who were itching for endless war had been stopped.
To that end, Doug is forming an Antiwar League. By all means check it out.
