I'm told that this Eric Muller character is obsessed with me. Who knows and who cares; I probably have more books and articles published in the past three years than Muller has in his whole career.
But someone sent me a link to an article that Muller calls "great." Here it is.
How many historical errors and demonstrably false interpretations can you count in this "great" article? Its interpretation of the general welfare clause, for example. And on and on.
And a law professor thinks this article, that only an idiot could endorse, is "great"? Why exactly am I supposed to be intimidated by such a person?
